BOSS Lecture Series: College of Management Alumnus Lin Yu-Sen Shares His Path to Success.

For the final session of Yuan Ze University’s College of Management’s “BOSS Lecture Series,” Lin Yu-Sen, a Finance Department alumnus from the class of 2000, was invited to deliver an inspiring talk.

Titled “Begin with the End in Mind,” he emphasized the importance of clear goals and unwavering determination, highlighting the essential qualities of a manager. Drawing from his own career experiences, Lin Yu-Sen conveyed to the students that success is not accidental but results from every choice and sustained effort.
