Yuan Ze University Chinese Language Center Partnered with Topkey Human Resource Consultants to Expand a Global Chinese Language Education Network for White-Collar Professionals

To promote international Chinese language education and multicultural exchange, the Chinese Language Center at Yuan Ze University has recently signed a cooperation agreement with Topkey Human Resource Consultants Co., Ltd. The two parties integrated educational and industry resources to jointly develop a globally influential Chinese language learning platform, aiming to cultivate international talents equipped with both language proficiency and cross-cultural competence.

Yu-Lan Huang, Director of the Chinese Language Center at Yuan Ze University, stated that as global demand for learning Chinese continued to grow, Chinese language proficiency had gradually become a key competitive advantage for international talents. Yuan Ze University has long been committed to international education and Chinese language teaching, striving to build a diverse and global learning environment. Through this collaboration with Topkey, both sides integrated their resources to promote corporate Chinese language programs, Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) preparation courses, and after-class support mechanisms. These initiatives were designed to help enterprises enhance employees’ Chinese proficiency according to different needs, while also preserving and promoting Chinese culture.

During the signing ceremony, Cheng-Yang Li, Managing Director of Topkey Human Resource Consultants Co., Ltd., pointed out that the company would actively recruit overseas white-collar professionals to participate in Chinese language courses. Based on regional demands, it would collaborate with Yuan Ze University to design tiered instruction and a combination of synchronous and asynchronous course models, comprehensively enhancing high-level talents’ Chinese communication skills.

In addition, Topkey planned to establish overseas Chinese language training centers, integrating local resources with corporate development needs to develop talent cultivation programs aligned with market trends, and to build a long-term and stable model for international educational collaboration.

Shu-Ming Liu and Chih-Cheng Wu, Directors of Topkey Human Resource Consultants Co., Ltd., who also attended the signing ceremony, stated that they would continue to strengthen the language and professional competencies of transnational white-collar talents, deepen international Chinese language education cooperation, and promote multicultural exchange. They also emphasized facilitating foreign professionals’ understanding and identification with Taiwanese culture, thereby cultivating globally competent talents with international perspectives and cross-cultural communication abilities.
