Yuan Ze University’s Bilingual Learning Buddies Celebrate Christmas Together A Joyful Meeting of Dreams

Yuan Ze University committed to excellence and helping the less privileged, successfully obtained funding from the Ministry of Education’s Bilingual Digital Learning Buddy Program from 2022 to 2025, receiving a total subsidy of NT$11.1 million.

The university has promoted quality bilingual education in rural areas through online platforms. University students serve as learning buddies, dedicating their spare time to teaching English to elementary school students. After completing 1,800 hours of online courses this semester, Yuan Ze University invited elementary school buddies to visit the university campus. Crossing through the screens, the elementary school buddies and university buddies finally met in person. Over a hundred teachers, students, and the Minister of Education attended the heartwarming event.
