To help students stay ahead of technological trends, Yuan Ze University (YZU) held the “COMPUTEX 2025 NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Keynote Watch Party” on the morning of May 19, 2025.

The event featured a live broadcast of the keynote speech delivered by NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang at COMPUTEX 2025. Open to all YZU faculty and students, as well as educators, students, and professionals from across Taiwan, the event offered an opportunity for real-time discussion and expert insights into the latest developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and its diverse applications.

The watch party took place in the lecture hall on the 3rd floor of YZU’s Building 7. It served not only as a live participation in a major global tech event, but also as a platform for exchanging ideas and exploring innovation. As AI technologies continued to shape industries and everyday life, Huang’s keynote addressed critical themes including future trends in AI, innovations in technological applications, and the societal impacts of AI development.

YZU President Ching-Jong Liao (廖慶榮) remarked, “We were honored to co-host the COMPUTEX 2025 Keynote Watch Party. Jensen Huang’s keynote speeches over the years have demonstrated remarkable foresight and deep understanding of the AI industry. For students, this was a valuable opportunity to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The event drew a large number of enthusiastic participants, particularly students passionate about AI technology. By watching and discussing the keynote together, attendees deepened their understanding of cutting-edge technology and fostered cross-disciplinary inspiration. The organizers also aimed to encourage students to develop the habit of actively following global tech trends, broadening their perspectives as they prepare to embrace the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.

As one of the world’s most influential tech events, COMPUTEX had long been a barometer of innovation and industrial transformation. Jensen Huang’s annual keynotes consistently attracted global media attention and industry professionals, addressing crucial topics such as artificial intelligence, chip architecture, accelerated computing, and machine learning.
