From Farm to Distillery: Yuan Ze Students Showcase Innovative Green Tourism Perspectives

The College of Management at Yuan Ze University launched a meaningful local revitalization and green sustainability program, demonstrating the university's commitment to sustainable education and social responsibility.

Guided by Professor Chen Huai-Jie, the project invited Lin Guan-Xian, Deputy General Manager of Cola Tour, and Su Guan-Cheng, an industry advisor for Yuan Ze University's Post-Bachelor Program in Sustainability, to join and lead students in practicing green concepts and innovative learning.

The program, which focused on local revitalization and green sustainability, was designed, planned, and executed by first-year students from the College of Management. It attracted 40 participants, including faculty, alumni, and students. The itinerary featured in-depth explorations of Asian Plantations and Hengqi Distillery, reflecting the core values of sustainable agriculture and low-carbon technologies.
