Yuan Ze EMBA Team “BrianStormers” Won Best Team Award at SinoPac Cup Showcased Strong Case Analysis and Practical Skills

In the 1st SinoPac Cup National EMBA Case Exchange Competition, Yuan Ze University’s EMBA team “BrianStormers” stood out among 24 teams from 17 top business schools across Taiwan, earning unanimous praise from the judging panel and winning the “Best Team Award.”

 The team demonstrated not only exceptional teamwork and synergy but also the solid educational outcomes of Yuan Ze’s EMBA program in case analysis and practical application.

The “BrianStormers” team consisted of EMBA Class 113 students Yi-Hsin Chang, Cheng-Han Tsai, Chih-Wei Chou, Yi-Cheng Lin, and Hsiao-Chien Lee, as well as EMBA Class 112 student Chien-Yu Liao. The team was coached by Professor Yu-Te Liu. The competition focused on corporate case analysis and strategic recommendations. During the preparation stage, the Yuan Ze team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and, adhering to the philosophy of "learning and sharing," quickly clarified the case structure and proposed innovative and feasible solutions.

Throughout the competition, the team continuously refined their presentation, showcasing meticulous logic and creative thinking from problem identification and strategy planning to structured reasoning. During the live Q&A session, the members impressed the judges with their composure and seamless collaboration, ultimately winning the Best Team Award.

Huai-Chun Lo, Executive Director of Yuan Ze University’s EMBA program, stated that this achievement was the best recognition of the team’s hard work and reflected the program’s balanced emphasis on theory and practice. He emphasized that every refinement in rehearsal and every member’s full engagement were key factors in their success.

Huai-Chun Lo added that in the future, Yuan Ze’s EMBA program will continue to encourage students to participate in intercollegiate competitions, strengthen practical capabilities, and uphold the core values of humble learning and pursuit of excellence, aiming to cultivate high-level management professionals with global vision and practical leadership.
