Yuan Ze University Achieved Top Performance Among Comprehensive Universities in Admission Applications With a Remarkable Placement Rate of 97.58%

According to the results of the 2025 academic year admission applications released by the University Admission Committee on June 12, Yuan Ze University achieved an outstanding placement rate of 97.58%, ranking first among all public and private comprehensive universities in Taiwan. 

 This achievement followed Yuan Ze’s distinction as the only private university to reach 100% enrollment through the “Star Recommendation” program for three consecutive years, once again demonstrating the university’s competitiveness and stability under the diverse admission system.

Yuan Ze University had long been committed to educational innovation, industry-academia collaboration, and international development. These efforts earned high trust from students and parents, making Yuan Ze a top choice among private comprehensive universities for outstanding students.

In this year’s admission applications, departments in electrical engineering and information technology continued to lead. The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management achieved full enrollment for the third consecutive year, reflecting students’ strong recognition and interest in future-critical fields such as smart manufacturing. With bilingual education gaining importance, all five English-taught programs—including those in electrical and communication engineering, engineering, information, management, and humanities and social sciences—also reached full enrollment, showcasing Yuan Ze’s strength in cultivating bilingual talent.

President Ching-Jung Liao stated that this impressive admission performance was the result of the collective efforts of faculty and staff to continuously improve curriculum content, enhance teaching quality, and elevate the student learning experience. It also reflected the high level of recognition and trust from society and parents in the value of Yuan Ze’s education.

President Liao further emphasized that Yuan Ze University had continued to strengthen its internationalization and global influence by actively recruiting international faculty, promoting bilingual education, expanding overseas exchange and collaboration, and developing industry-academia platforms. These efforts had gradually translated into students’ employability, academic advancement, and global mobility, paving broader paths for graduates’ future development.
