Yuan Ze University’s international volunteer team traveled to Maitri Dhamma Chinese School in Chiang Rai Province, Northern Thailand, for a 15-day volunteer teaching service.
This year, besides classroom teaching, they designed courses in information technology, Chinese language, cultural aesthetics, and an English singing competition for the students. Their efforts aim not only to protect the educational rights of underprivileged children in rural areas but also to develop their global perspective and connect them to the world, promoting empathy and respect for diverse cultures.
