Yuan Ze University once again achieved remarkable success in the National AI Automation Competition. A team of five students from the Department of Information Management—Ping-Lin Lee, Yi-Wen Liao, Kai-Ning Yu, Wei-Shan Chen, and Kai-Hung Chen—guided by Associate Professor Jui-Chien Hsieh, competed in the finals of the 14th National AI Automation Equipment Innovation Contest for University Students. 

Saki Sendoda, a student from Japan, graduated this year from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yuan Ze University. In September, she would begin a new chapter in her tech career as she joined TSMC in Kumamoto, Japan, as an equipment engineer. 

Students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University delivered an outstanding performance in the 2025 Engineering Paper Competition organized by the Student Chapter of the Chinese Institute of Engineers. 

Yuan Ze University’s Department of Computer Science and Engineering celebrated another remarkable achievement. Master’s student Yu-Lun Wang received an Honorable Mention in the 2024 Master’s Thesis Award presented by the Information and Computing Machinery Association (IICM), for his thesis titled "A Service Function Chain Deployment Mechanism Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning Considering Energy Efficiency and User Mobility in Integrated Space-Air-Ground Networks for 6G".This recognition showcased the strong capabilities of students from private universities in Information technology.

Dr. Anal Paul, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University, garnered international attention with his latest research, which was successfully published in the prestigious IEEE Internet of Things Journal.

Liu Cheng-En, a third-year student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yuan Ze University, was recently invited to attend the BESTEP English Proficiency award ceremony hosted by the Language Training and Testing Center (LTTC), where he received the English Progress Award, showcasing his outstanding language learning achievements.
