Yuan Ze University Professor Chin-Fu Chen Shares Insights on “Leadership in Decision-Making” with In-Depth Analysis of Decision Science.

On August 30, Yuan Ze University’s Management Competency Development and Research Center hosted a corporate talent development seminar as part of its Industry-University Alliance for Business Development.

The seminar featured a keynote lecture on “Leadership in Decision-Making” delivered by Professor Chin-Fu Chen, who holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the Virginia Military Institute, as well as a master’s degree in Engineering Sciences and a Ph.D. in Decision Science from Harvard University. Professor Chen is a renowned expert in decision analysis, negotiation, and crisis management. After returning to Taiwan, he served in the military for 19 years and was recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons and a model of excellence in the national armed forces. Currently a professor at Yuan Ze University and a board member for several companies, Professor Chen actively promotes the research and application of decision science, providing strategic guidance in leadership and decision-making to businesses.
