Yuan Ze University EMBA Holds Graduation Ceremony to Celebrate the Class of 112 Embarking on a New Chapter

Yuan Ze University’s Executive MBA (EMBA) program recently held its graduation ceremony for the Class of 112 in a warm and grand atmosphere.

Senior executives from various industries officially completed their master’s degrees after two years of rigorous academic training and diverse case studies, stepping into a new stage of life and career.

The ceremony was led by President Ching-Jung Liao, with heartfelt speeches and blessings from College of Management Dean Min-Ping Huang, EMBA Executive Director Huai-Chun Lo, Alumni Association President Kun-Nan Wei, 13th EMBA Fellowship President Shu-Feng Chan, and the first EMBA Alumni Association President Chun-Hui Liu.

President Ching-Jung Liao first extended his sincere congratulations to the graduates, commending their perseverance and spirit. He noted that during the busiest and most demanding stage of their careers, they chose to return to campus and start anew, managing enterprises by day and studying diligently by night. This admirable dedication, he emphasized, was not only about completing a degree but represented a profound journey of “self-transcendence.” He encouraged the graduates to carry this passion and perseverance forward into every chapter of their lives, continuing to shine and create new possibilities.

Dean Min-Ping Huang of the College of Management quoted renowned management thinker Clayton Christensen, saying, “Management is the most noble of professions.” She reminded the graduates to create positive influence wherever they go and become key forces in both their enterprises and society. She also affirmed that the College of Management at Yuan Ze University would always be their strong support.

EMBA Executive Director Huai-Chun Lo, speaking in a warm and humorous tone, reflected on the graduates’ journey of “burning the midnight oil to finish reports and theses.” He encouraged them to stay connected with their alma mater and actively participate in the EMBA fellowship and alumni activities to keep expanding their networks. He concluded his speech with a wish for all graduates to “soar high and achieve great success.”

As per tradition, current students from the Class of 113 served as event staff for the ceremony, symbolizing the EMBA’s unique culture of “graduation and legacy.” This showcased the strong interpersonal bonds within the Yuan Ze EMBA community and allowed the legacy of the “only Class 112” to continue shining.

The ceremony concluded amidst applause and blessings from faculty, friends, and family members. It not only marked the completion of the graduates’ academic journey but also symbolized a beautiful conclusion to a meaningful chapter of learning. Yuan Ze EMBA remains committed to cultivating outstanding business leaders and creating a brilliant future together.
