Yuan Ze University Expands Vietnam Semiconductor Alliance and Participates in Major International Finance Event

Yuan Ze University Vice President Xu Ze-Zhi recently visited Vietnam to promote in-depth collaborations with renowned local universities and institutions in the semiconductor field, showcasing Yuan Ze’s leading role in international industry-academia exchanges. He also attended the inauguration ceremony of the Da Nang International Financial Center.

During this visit, Vice President Xu was invited to participate in the Da Nang International Financial Center opening ceremony, hosted by Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Binh Minh. The event attracted elites from various sectors. At the ceremony, Vice President Xu represented Yuan Ze University to formally exchange international cooperation agreements with relevant Vietnamese institutions, symbolizing a joint effort to create a model of cross-border industry-academia collaboration.

Vice President Xu also visited several sister universities, including Thai Nguyen University, Phenikaa University, Hue University, Da Nang University, and the University of Economics in Da Nang. He engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation models such as "2+2" dual bachelor’s degrees, "3+1" bachelor’s-to-master’s transition programs, dual master’s degrees, and lecturer training programs. All universities were strongly willing to collaborate, particularly in the semiconductor technology field. Both sides enthusiastically exchanged ideas on cultivating outstanding talent, promoting technological innovation, and deepening research collaborations, reaching multiple preliminary agreements.
