The annual Longgang Rice Noodle Festival was held with great enthusiasm on April 25. Beyond being one of Taoyuan’s most significant local food events, the festival had gradually evolved into an important platform showcasing multiculturalism and the vitality of local revitalization.

Since 2025, the College of Nursing and Healthcare at Yuan Ze University has promoted the “Resilient Taiwan × Disaster Response Capacity Program,” bringing professional healthcare expertise into local communities. Through hands-on instruction, the program strengthened residents’ disaster response skills and self-care health awareness, thereby enhancing overall community resilience in disaster preparedness.

To foster environmental sustainability awareness from an early age, the Guan Yin Gen Man Charity Foundation and the Volunteer Service Clubs of Yuan Ze University jointly organized a beach cleanup event titled “Living in Harmony with the Ocean: Taking Action for a Cleaner Coast.”
Driven by the rapid advancement of generative AI and its impact on educational innovation, the Bilingual Education Promotion Resource Center of the College of Management at Yuan Ze University hosted a hands-on workshop titled “AI-Empowered New Opportunities for EMI Bilingual Teaching” on April 16. The event specially invited Man-Chen Wang, Education Business Manager of the Public Sector Group at Microsoft Taiwan, to lead the workshop.
The General Education Teaching Unit at Yuan Ze University held a micro-course titled “Hands-On Sculpting: Shaping Forms Through Play” on April 9. The course invited Professor Jason Chiu from the Department of Art and Design to guide students through hands-on sculpture practice.
