To promote interdisciplinary education in artificial intelligence, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yuan Ze University hosted the “2026 Humanities and Social Sciences Camp: AI Humanities Innovation Lab,” attracting nearly 60 senior high school and vocational high school students. Centered on generative AI, humanistic literacy, and interdisciplinary practice, the camp featured a diverse range of courses on smart cities, digital creation, language learning, and game design. The program guided participants in exploring innovative AI applications across different fields while cultivating AI literacy, creative thinking, and critical reasoning skills.

With the summer vacation approaching, Yuan Ze University's Department of Applied Foreign Languages meticulously planned the "International Cuisine English Camp" and the "Taste of Japanese Cuisine Japanese Camp," attracting nearly 60 high school students to the campus during their holidays.
The International Language and Culture Center at Yuan Ze University celebrated its 20th anniversary and held a thanksgiving gathering on June 30. Former and current administrators, full-time and part-time faculty members, alumni, and faculty colleagues gathered to reflect on the Center’s two decades of dedication to language education, the promotion of a bilingual campus, and the advancement of intercultural exchange. The event also looked ahead to the Center’s ongoing mission to deepen internationalized education.
To apply what they had learned in class to local community service, students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University recently visited Xingren Elementary School and organized an interactive checkpoint activity centered on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Ministry of Education recently announced the results of the “2025 Evaluation of Student Counseling Services in Higher Education Institutions,” in which Yuan Ze University received the highest rating of “Outstanding.” The university demonstrated excellent performance in areas including mental health promotion, campus crisis counseling, international student support, and career development, reflecting comprehensive achievements in student counseling services.
In response to the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yuan Ze University collaborated with Taoyuan Municipal Shou Shan Senior High School on July 1 to organize the “AI Innovation Camp: AI Map Analysis × Vibe Coding.”
Yuan Ze University hosted the Ministry of Education’s 2026 University Social Responsibility (USR) SIG Inter-University Exchange Forum under the theme “Co-Creation Across the Globe × Collaborative Learning for Leadership × Achieving Shared Prosperity.” The forum brought together USR project teams from universities nationwide. Through the sharing of achievements, exchange of experiences, and interdisciplinary dialogue, the event further strengthened universities’ social impact in connecting local engagement with global perspectives, while exploring new directions and models for the sustainable development of USR initiatives.
