On July 1, the Department of Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics at Yuan Ze University held the “International Cuisine English Camp” and the “Taste of Washoku Japanese Camp,” attracting 44 students from 20 high schools across Taoyuan, Taipei, New Taipei, Hsinchu, and Taichung.
The project was led by Professor Jin-Wei Hsu from the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Central University, with Professor Nien-Wei Chen from Group B of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yuan Ze University serving as co-principal investigator.
On June 20, the College of General Studies at Yuan Ze University held a lecture rich in historical and cultural significance. The session began with Jin-Chang Chen providing an introduction to Taoyuan’s historical background from the Japanese colonial period through the postwar era, which led into the life story and creative journey of the speaker, Chien-Ping Hsieh.
Yuan Ze University’s Executive MBA (EMBA) program recently held its graduation ceremony for the Class of 112 in a warm and grand atmosphere.
