ZH The 29th Graduation Exhibition of the Department of Information Communication, Yuan Ze University, titled Neuron, was held from May 8 to May 11 at Warehouse No. 2 of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei. The exhibition showcased 19 student works, spanning a wide range of fields including interactive installations, game design, film and animation, and integrated marketing. The diverse presentations highlighted students’ achievements in interdisciplinary learning and creative practice.

As bilingual education and the cultivation of internationally competitive talent continued to deepen, the College of Management, Yuan Ze University, reported concrete outcomes following its signing of a cooperation agreement with the TOEIC test organizer to become a TOEIC Honor Institute last December. Recently, two students became the first to achieve TOEIC scores above 860, earning the TOEIC Gold EasyCard, a symbol of advanced English proficiency, and demonstrating the tangible results of the College’s efforts in promoting EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) bilingual education.
To cultivate students’ global perspectives and critical thinking skills, Yuan Ze University held the “Global Vision × Future Thinking” Yuan Ze Cup International Current Affairs Debate Competition on May 1. The event attracted students from different colleges and academic years, who formed interdisciplinary teams to participate.
Yuan Ze University held the “2026 Friendly Campus Week” from May 5 to May 7, themed “Azure Resonance: Hearing the 52-Hertz Campus Frequency.” Integrating issues of mental health, disability inclusion, and gender diversity, the event featured a series of interactive activities aimed at fostering a more inclusive campus environment.
The annual Longgang Rice Noodle Festival was held with great enthusiasm on April 25. Beyond being one of Taoyuan’s most significant local food events, the festival had gradually evolved into an important platform showcasing multiculturalism and the vitality of local revitalization.
In response to the rapid rise of generative AI and the profound transformations it brought to learning and career development, Yuan Ze University held the “nuva AI Campus Festival – Yuan Ze University Edition (Taoyuan Stop)” on May 13. As part of a nationwide campus tour, the nuva team visited the University to engage students through career experience activities, keynote speeches, and industry–government–academia dialogues, guiding them to rethink learning pathways, career preparation, and essential competencies in the AI era.
Since 2025, the College of Nursing and Healthcare at Yuan Ze University has promoted the “Resilient Taiwan × Disaster Response Capacity Program,” bringing professional healthcare expertise into local communities. Through hands-on instruction, the program strengthened residents’ disaster response skills and self-care health awareness, thereby enhancing overall community resilience in disaster preparedness.
