To assist individuals interested in entering the green energy industry and to match the urgent need for talent by domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in response to the 2050 net-zero emissions target, the Workforce Development Agency’s Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch of the Ministry of Labor, in collaboration with Yuan Ze University—which won the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ “Energy Conservation Benchmark Gold Award” and “National Sustainable Development Award” in 2023—has established the “ESG Sustainability and Green Technology Talent Development Base.”
