With over 1.3 billion native Chinese speakers worldwide and an additional 1.12 billion non-native speakers learning it as a second language, Chinese is one of the six official languages recognized by the United Nations.

Yuan Ze University’s Department of Chinese Language and Literature continues to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology into teaching and creative projects, blending traditional culture with digital technology to offer students an innovative and diverse learning experience.

This nine-day, eight-night cycling challenge around Taiwan took place from October 19 to 27, starting at Yuan Ze University. 

In recent years, the prevalence of drug abuse and emerging fraud cases has become a growing concern. To effectively prevent drugs and scams from infiltrating campuses and to foster a healthy and supportive learning environment, Yuan Ze University, in collaboration with the Taoyuan City Youth Affairs Bureau, held an anti-drug and anti-fraud awareness event on October 23.

The 113th Annual National Intercollegiate Faculty and Staff Bowling Championship was held from October 25 to 27 at the Zhongli Asian Games Bowling Center, with faculty and staff from ten universities across Taiwan showcasing their athletic prowess. 

On October 23, Yuan Ze University held the grand “2024 International Food Festival and Halloween Celebration” in the plaza outside the seventh building on campus.
