The Taiwanese job interview experience platform Interview.tw  recently released its “2026 Private University Annual Salary Ranking,” in which Yuan Ze University ranked first among private universities nationwide with an average annual salary of NT$622,000. The result demonstrated the strong competitiveness of its graduates and the high level of recognition they received from employers. This achievement reflected Yuan Ze University’s long-term commitment to industry-academia collaboration, the strengthening of professional education in informatics, energy, and environmental sustainability, and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talent. It also highlighted graduates’ practical capabilities in meeting industry needs.

According to data released by Interview.tw, graduates of Yuan Ze University earned an average annual salary of NT$622,000, ranking first among graduates of private universities in Taiwan. The analysis indicated that, amid rapid industrial transformation in recent years, professionals equipped with technological expertise, interdisciplinary integration skills, and practical experience had become increasingly sought after by employers. Yuan Ze University had long upheld the educational mission of cultivating talent with global perspectives and practical competencies. Through a comprehensive learning environment and strong industry-academia collaboration mechanisms, the University had continuously assisted students in enhancing their workplace competitiveness.

Yuan Ze University stated that since its founding, it had emphasized equal importance on technological advancement and humanistic development.
