YZU Students Support Charity with Christmas Poinsettia Sale

Students and faculty from Yuan Ze University’s College of General Studies course “Social Care” collaborated with the Spinal Cord Injury Potential Development Center to host the “Warm December Christmas Poinsettia Charity Sale Carnival” at Zhongli Galaxy Plaza.

The event centered on selling poinsettias, with all proceeds donated to support rehabilitation training for individuals with spinal cord injuries—the initiative aimed to spread compassion and support to the community.

Through their participation as volunteers, students worked closely with individuals with spinal cord injuries, gaining deeper insight into their needs and challenges. The experience also raised awareness and inspired greater action on issues surrounding spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
