The "Mandarin Arena King" competition, organized by the Mandarin Learning Center of Yuan Ze University, brought language and culture together in an exciting arena-style showdown.
On May 14, the College of Management at Yuan Ze University hosted a Career Lecture featuring alumna Yang Han, a 2012 graduate of the Department of Chinese Linguistics and Literature of LingYang Interactive. Her talk, titled “Adaptability × Boundary-Breaking Thinking: Building Your Irreplaceability,” offered students valuable insights into navigating today’s rapidly changing job market.
To promote life education and encourage students to reflect on the meaning of life and relationships, Yuan Ze University hosted a screening of the documentary Aiko Comes Home on May 7, followed by a post-screening discussion with the film’s director, Li Jing-Hui.
Late spring to early summer marked a season of renewal and blossoming, and at Yuan Ze University, a patch of lawn beside the Fifth Building Library once again witnessed the delicate emergence of Spiranthes sinensis, one of Taiwan’s smallest and rarest native terrestrial orchids.
Yuan Ze University actively promotes cybersecurity education. Professor Cheng-Ta Huang from the Department of Information Management received a grant from the National Institute of Cyber Security (NICS) to offer a course titled “Cybersecurity Practice and Society” in 2025.
