Following its recognition with the 6th National Enterprise Environmental Protection Award – Bronze Award last year, the university once again received the 7th National Enterprise Environmental Protection Award – Bronze Award this year.
Yuan Ze University actively promoted sustainable development and social responsibility, achieving remarkable results at the 5th Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards (TSAA) in 2025 by winning three honors. The projects “Intergenerational AI: Warm-hearted Inclusion” and “Forever Yuan-Chuang” received Silver Awards, while “Brewing Green Dreams, Shaping a Sustainable Future” earned a Bronze Award. Yuan Ze University’s Membrane Biosensor (mBio – Membrane Biosensor) team was invited to participate in Georgia Tech’s flagship annual startup event, CREATE-X Demo Day, where they presented their breakthrough nucleic acid detection prototype to more than 2,000 global investors, entrepreneurs, and experts.
Yuan Ze University’s “Freshman Voyage” orientation was held from September 1 to 5, featuring a five-day program filled with ceremonies, health checks, a club carnival, and an English immersive challenge. The activities warmly welcomed around 3,000 new students to the Yuan Ze family and helped them transition smoothly into university life.
